The Haven at Clarity is the maternity home ministry under Clarity Solutions, a faith-based non-profit pregnancy help center and medical clinic that provides help and hope to individuals experiencing an unexpected pregnancy situation in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Clarity is seeking to hire Assistant House Staff for The Haven at Clarity maternity home. The Assistant House Staff position provides essential respite and sustainability for the House Manager couple, while also providing consistency for the residents during 1 weekend every 4-6 weeks. The shift consists of two consecutive 24-hour Friday-Saturday shifts (7am Friday-7:30am Sunday). This position could also work PRN to cover House Manager sick/vacation/respite time. Assistant House Staff should be ready to exercise authority in the home, ensuring safety and well being of residents, while also providing love and care during their time at the home. As a faith-based organization, all Clarity employees must also agree with Clarity’s Statement of Faith.
