Director of Ministry Advancement

We are currently seeking a full-time Director of Ministry Advancement. This position requires a highly relational person who cares about Clarity’s mission and the cultivation of the donors who fund Clarity. Donor relations will include frequent communication with our donors in multiple forms, such as newsletters, emails, written thank-you letters, phone calls, etc. Clarity currently holds two large fundraising events each year: our Spring Gala and Walk for Life in the fall. The Director of Ministry Advancement will be highly involved in the planning and coordinating of these events. In conjunction with our Ministry Advancement Assistant, this role is also responsible for maintaining our donor database and keeping our donor records accurately. Previous fundraising and event planning experience is preferred. A complete job description is available upon request. Staff Nurse

We are currently seeking to fill a part-time Staff Nurse position at 15-20 hours per week. This position requires a professional nursing license. Our team of nurses provides support and care to the clients and maintains professional standards of care, following the ANA Code of Ethics. The Staff Nurse will work with clients to assure they are receiving the best medical, nursing, and psychosocial care possible. Upon successfully completing training on limited obstetrical ultrasound, the Staff Nurse conducts limited obstetrical ultrasounds as outlined in the ultrasound policies and procedures for qualified patients. Assistant House Staff | The Haven

The Haven at Clarity is the maternity home ministry under Clarity Solutions, a faith-based non-profit pregnancy help center and medical clinic that provides help and hope to individuals experiencing an unexpected pregnancy situation in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Clarity is seeking to hire Assistant House Staff for The Haven at Clarity. The Assistant House Staff position provides essential respite and sustainability for the House Manager couple, while also providing consistency for the residents during two consecutive 24-hour Friday-Saturday shifts (7am Friday-7:30am Sunday). This position could also work PRN to cover House Manager sick/vacation/respite time. Assistant House Staff should be ready to exercise authority in the home, ensuring safety and well being of residents, while also providing love and care during their time at the home.
